As the founder of Water Street Mortgage, Joe Cook has developed

Minnesota. Joe's Real Estate Career began in 1985 as a Real Estate
Appraiser and he continues to hold a Certified General appraisal
license. Using the extensive knowledge he has gained through his
appraisal experience, Joe then decided to venture into the mortgage
business with his wife, Kathi. So, in the mid 1990's, Water Street
Mortgage was formed. The mortgage industry has turned out to be
